Job Description
Location: Barangay Binugao, Toril Davao City
Job Summary:
Learning and Development Specialist provides support and assistance in identifying, planning, conducting, and evaluating training programs aiming to improve and develop all employees’ skills, knowledge, and abilities critical to the success of the organization. He/ she facilitates internal employee communication for information dissemination.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Communication, or any related courses.
- At least one (1) year experience in learning and development, training design, communications.
Skills Required:
- Training Needs Analysis
- Knowledge in training design, delivery, and evaluation
- Planning Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
- MS Office Applications
Job Type: Full-time
