Job Description
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective training and development programs for our organization. You will have the opportunity to design and deliver comprehensive learning strategies that align with business goals, ensuring the continuous growth and development of our employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Assessing training needs and identifying skill gaps within the organization
- Developing and implementing training programs, both online and in-person, that enhance employee knowledge and performance
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on professional development opportunities
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
