Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Learning Consultant to join our team in the role of Onboarding & Foundational Learning. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering onboarding programs and foundational learning experiences for new employees.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training facilitation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop relevant content, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
