As a Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing various training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization.
Your role will involve identifying training needs, developing learning strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet business objectives.
You will collaborate with different departments to create a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
