Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager with expertise in organizational development and training. The ideal candidate should have certifications and working knowledge in performance management and engagement. Excellent communication and people skills are essential for this position. Having a background in NLP and design thinking would be a plus. It is preferable for the candidate to have a PL background or be open to learning and taking on this responsibility.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month.
