Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning and development programs that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Your main objective will be to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees to drive their professional growth and productivity.
As a Learning & Development Manager, your duties will include conducting training needs assessments, developing training plans, and delivering engaging and effective training sessions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning gaps and create tailored training solutions to address them. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design techniques, and adult learning principles
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
