Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Communication or any equivalent courses
- With at least 5 years experience in Learning and Development
- Knowledgeable in conducting end-to-end Training & Employee Engagement Activities
- Ability to create Training Modules and Employee Engagement Modules
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Proficient in MS office applications and photo/video editing applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
