Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Learning Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective learning programs for our employees.
Your main duties will include conducting training needs assessments, creating engaging learning materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning initiatives align with organizational goals.
