Job Description
– Basic Qualifications –
Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Training, Learning, and Development.
Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Expert in Adult Learning Methodologies with exceptional classroom management and communication skills.
– What the Candidate Will Do –
Experiential Training Delivery: Utilize Structured Learning Exercises and Gamification for effective training.
Training Evaluation: Evaluate training programs, analyze performance, and provide improvement recommendations.
Training Design: Understand established design methodologies to enhance training delivery.
Coaching & Mentoring: Conduct performance coaching and develop junior trainers.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders for alignment and outcome presentation.
Planning and Organization: Use tools to track progress and meet deadlines effectively.
