Job Description
- Deliver training sessions to staff and learning solutions for multiple and/or more complex curriculums using all mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended.
- May also deliver new content through new mediums.
- Contribute to the design of training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the training program is delivered to the expectations of the client’s needs.
- Utilize TELUS’ current developed learning tools and processes to support a consistent learning experience for the customer. Track and manage performance in the classroom and, if required, manage the transition to team manager/stakeholder.
- Follow standard evaluation and measurement process/protocol to assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge to ensure successful job readiness transition.
- Stay informed and knowledgeable of all new functionalities in line with the new releases and new modules by allowing time for self-training.
