Job Description
Ayala Land Malls, Inc. is seeking a Lease Admin Assistant to manage lease administration for all mall accounts.
- Ensure lease management aligns with policies.
- Conduct pre-screening of merchant applications.
- Review lease documentation completeness.
- Monitor merchant pre-screening processes.
- Manage lessee records.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business Administration or related field.
- 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Average project management skills.
Job Type: Fixed term (12 months)
Pay: Php18,00 – Php21,00/month
