Job Description
Ayala Land Malls, Inc is seeking a dedicated Lease Admin Assistant to manage lease administration and support various leasing processes. Responsibilities include overseeing lease documentation, conducting pre-screening of Merchant applications, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least one year of experience in the mall industry. Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, negotiation skills, and a basic understanding of project management are essential.
Job Type: Fixed term (12 months)
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
