Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Leasing and Collection Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing of properties and managing the collection of rental payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
Key responsibilities include negotiating lease terms, conducting property inspections, and ensuring timely collection of rent payments.
