Job Description

Japan Home Centre, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Leasing Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support aimed at maximizing tenant occupancy in our mall.

Duties: Market leasable spaces, complete lease agreements, maintain tenant mix, and monitor compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, 6 months leasing experience, strong communication skills, ready to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
