Job Description
In charge of the preparation of contracts of lease, lease renewals, and award notices, etc. Updates and maintains various leasing reports. Coordinates with concerned departments regarding lease and operations concerns of tenants/customers. Administers contract provisions and monitors compliance therein. Attends to space inquiries and assists the Leasing Head in lease marketing activities. Prepares letters/communications to tenants.
