Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a qualified candidate for our Leasing Department. The ideal applicant will possess a degree in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level. Candidates should have a solid understanding of leasing operations, excellent negotiation abilities, and strong tenant management skills. Familiarity with the mall, retail, and real estate industries is essential.
Key responsibilities include optimizing area value and profitability, increasing occupancy rates, establishing tenant zoning and rental matrices, achieving desired rental rates, managing documentation for new tenants, and serving as the primary leasing contact.
