Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of our lease sales and marketing plans for office leasing, food and beverage, and commercial spaces at Crystal Care Hemodialysis, OPC.
The ideal candidate will lead property tours, process client applications, conduct market surveys, and manage our leasing operations to achieve occupancy and tenant retention goals. You will maintain relationships with tenants and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Expected Start Date: 11/04/2024
