Job Description
As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of the company, including managing lease agreements, conducting property viewings, and coordinating with potential tenants.
Your main duties will include evaluating rental rates, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met during the leasing process.
You will also be in charge of maintaining positive relationships with current tenants and addressing any leasing-related issues that may arise.
