Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at PM Consulting, located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. The position offers a competitive salary range of PHP 70,00 – PHP 90,00 per month.
Key Qualifications: Preferably with mall leasing experience or a strong sales and marketing background.
Responsibilities: Manage leasing operations, source quality tenants, build tenant relations, develop leasing strategies, and conduct market analysis.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with proficiency in leasing systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift.
