Job Description
(Focus areas: Lease Administration, Follow Up, Documentation, Tenant Relations)
- Organize an archiving system for all Lease Contracts
- Adhere to Regulatory Requirements
- Provide requested documents and notices to tenants
- Build positive working relationship with tenants
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mall and property leasing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and planning abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
