Job Description
Global Comfort Group Corporation is currently seeking a Leasing Officer to join our team. As a Leasing Officer, you will be responsible for the leasing and renewal of assigned Condo Units, ensuring profitability and efficient tenancy administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee lease term negotiations and the takeover/handover of premises
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, or Property Management
- At least 1 year of experience in retail and office leasing
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to be assigned in Makati
Job Type: Full-time
