Job Description
The Lease Management Officer is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and effectively implementing lease management activities at Kenny Rogers Roasters. Responsibilities include revenue analysis, conducting site visits, lease negotiations, and focusing on rent and penalties. Job qualifications require a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month

Schedule: 10-hour shift, 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
