Job Description
Assist Managers with leasing their properties to prospective tenants, including marketing properties, preparing lease documents, and screening prospective tenants to qualify to qualify them.
Handle various property management, related tasks such us negotiating with the tenants to have a timely manner in the follow up or reminding of tenants payment fees, rentals and etc. as stipulated in the lease agreement also handling any dispute.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,00.00 per month
