Job Description
Xentro Malls seeks a Leasing Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably including two years in property management or lease marketing at a supervisory level. A degree in Marketing, Business, or Property Management is required.
In this role you will manage leasing operations, negotiate and oversee tenant relationships, and design tenant zoning and mix to maximize area value and profitability. Responsibilities include increasing occupancy, setting rental matrices and targeted rates to achieve projected payback, managing tenant documentation, and acting as the primary leasing contact during the mall’s first year.
