Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Fill up vacancies in assigned malls to optimize area value and profitability.
- Increase the occupancy rate of all malls under your account.
- Establish tenant zoning, mix, and rental matrix for assigned malls.
- Achieve projected payback through desired rental rates.
- Oversee documentation for newly acquired tenants.
- Act as leasing point person during the mall’s first year.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of leasing operations and tenant management.
- 2-3 years of experience in property management or lease marketing.
