Job Description
Northbank Holdings Corporation is looking for a qualified Leasing Supervisor to manage leasing operations and offer strategic business development insights. This role aims to enhance public interest and optimize leasing revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship
- Experience in Marketing, Sales Planning, and Accounting
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, customer service, public relations, and networking
- In-depth knowledge of the leasing industry and property management
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php23,500.00 per month
