Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Admin. As a Legal Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all legal matters.
Your main responsibilities will include managing and organizing legal files, drafting and proofreading legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining the legal department’s records and database. You will also be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with the preparation of legal briefs and presentations.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of legal terminology and procedures are also required.
