Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling administrative duties consisting of legal and corporate documents, minutes of the meetings, board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, etc.
- Coordination of corporate compliance as well errands of the documents (e.g. BIR, legal documents etc.)
- Arranging legal and compliance activities including but not limited to scheduling of meetings, coordination with clients, suppliers, business partners, and/or government offices.
- Maintenance of law library/database of new legal and regulatory issuances.
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents.
- Other duties that we may assign from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Political Science, Law
- 3+ years’ experience in paralegal or legal secretary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Reporting and presentation skills
- Can start ASAP
