Job Description
As a Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting extensive legal research, analyzing legal documents, and providing support to the legal team. Your duties will include reviewing contracts, preparing legal briefs, and assisting in drafting legal opinions. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and assist in compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should have a law degree and strong analytical skills. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential for this role.
