Job Description
Role and responsibilities of a Legal/Compliance Officer:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations.
- Litigation Management: Oversee and manage legal disputes.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and minimize legal risks.
- Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Trademark Registration: Protect intellectual property.
- Policy Development: Implement compliance policies.
- Legal Coordination: Coordinate with legal counsel.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaison with regulatory bodies.
- Crisis Management: Develop response strategies for legal crises.
Willing to work Mon – Sat, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Full-time position with a monthly pay range of Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00. Job Benefits include opportunities for promotion, pay raise, and 13th-month salary. Day shift schedule.
Experience: Legal/Compliance Officer with 5 years (Preferred).
