Job Description
The position provides a full range of administrative support functions to operational requirements of the Legal & Compliance Services Department, including official field work/ out-of-office tasks/ duties/ responsibilities (legal documentation and compliance; due diligence; payment of legal fees; IPO coordination, monitoring and renewal, etc.)
