Job Description
Xentro Malls is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to support our Legal Department. The Paralegal will conduct research, draft legal documents, and provide administrative assistance to our legal team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Law, Legal Management, Paralegal, or similar courses.
- Working knowledge of labor laws, legal codes, and contract drafting is preferred.
- 1-2 years of Paralegal experience.
- Available to start immediately.
- Willing to work in Marikina City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft legal and corporate documents.
- Conduct research on legal matters.
- Perform due diligence on properties.
- Liaise with government agencies.
- Support the company’s labor issues.
