Minimum Job Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years in College of Law; Bachelor of Laws graduate preferred.
- At least two (2) years in legal-related roles, including property management, document processing, compliance, regulatory, and corporate services.
- Must be willing to be based in Koronadal City, South Cotabato, with required travel within our operational areas.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Autonomous and effective under minimal supervision.
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and excels under pressure.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proven interpersonal and negotiation finesse, fostering effective collaboration.
- Guardian of confidentiality, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Proficient in computer skills, including report formatting, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, and word processing.
