Job Description
A legal intake specialist is responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are seeking legal services. They are usually the first voice new clients hear when they call a law firm. The following are the key roles of a legal intake specialist:
- Greeting clients and answering their questions
- Collecting and verifying client information
- Scheduling appointments at convenient times
- Coordinating form completion and collecting paperwork
- Evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients
- Working with lawyers to schedule meetings and coordinate screening surveys
- Monitoring the phones at the office at a law firm
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Legal Intake specialist for an international law firm. The position is offered by RocketLevel, a leading company in the legal services industry.
