Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Law, Political Science or Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required.
- Preferably with at least 1 Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services/Paralegal / Legal Assistant/Employee/Labour Relation or equivalent is required for this position.
- Very good human relations and interpersonal communication skills;
- TEAM PLAYER
- Highly energetic, analytical, organized, responsible, result-oriented and independent
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Labor Law/Philippine law and disciplinary procedures
- Proficiency in both written and oral communication (including narrative text, news releases, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving ability/strategic thinking
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
