Job Description
- Offer expert legal advice and guidance on a broad spectrum of legal matters including contracts, regulatory compliance, and other relevant areas for the company and its clientele.
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation for product registration, licensing, certifications, and other regulatory submissions to the SEC and government bodies.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for various business transactions, ensuring adherence to Philippine laws and industry-specific standards.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Monitor changes in Philippine laws and regulations and provide strategies for maintaining compliances.
- Assist clients with legal inquiries on business operations, company registration, trademarks, and licenses.
- Identify and evaluate legal risks, developing proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and support decision-making on legal issues within the Philippines.
- Support in dispute resolution procedures as needed.
