Job Description
Originating as a small business consulting firm in Carson, California in 2012, OctaCore Global Consulting Group, Inc. has continually grown and evolved, guided by its commitment to excellence and vision to provide premium services to its valued clients. Currently, we’re on the lookout for a Legal Support Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner to be assigned in our office at Kawit, Cavite.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate or at least College Level
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Support Specialist or a similar role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine legal processes, systems, and rules
- Knowledge of RA 9184 is a plus
- Ability to draft, revise, and assemble contracts, resolutions, and other legal documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be residing or willing to relocate near Kawit, Cavite
- Able to drive 4-wheels with a valid driver’s license
