Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Lending Collector to manage overdue accounts across company branches. The role includes reviewing debtor lists, contacting customers about outstanding balances, explaining payment options, negotiating and arranging payment plans, maintaining accurate payment records, and collecting payments in line with company policy.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to relocate between branches and remain on site; driver’s license preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, keen attention to detail, and basic record-keeping proficiency.
