Job Description

Duties include reviewing account status, finding solutions for customers, negotiating payment terms, responding to inquiries, recommending products, and upholding company values.
- Negotiate payment terms/arrangements if applicable.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels.
- Champion company core values and other programs.
- Previous experience in Collections preferred.
Education:
North America – Minimum High School Diploma; Philippines – 2 years post-secondary; Costa Rica – No minimum; United Kingdom – No minimum; Trinidad & Tobago – Minimum 3 CSEC passes. English is mandatory in all locations.
Experience:
Previous experience in a Collections role preferred.
Certificates/Licenses:
Must be able to acquire appropriate collection/trace licenses for applicable jurisdictions if required.
