Job Description
· Consistently exhibit excellent customer service skills while assisting home-based e-Educators
· Determine real issue, and provide correct resolution to concern/s of home-based e-Educators
· Coordinate with appropriate teams regarding full resolution of concern/s from home-based e-Educators
· Perform other tasks as requested by lead/Supervisor/Manager
o College graduate of any 4-year course
o With a typing speed of at least 35 WPM
o Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
o Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related field is preferred
At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience via phone, chat or email
o Amenable to shifting schedules (morning to mid shift), and willing to work on weekends as well as holidays
o Has strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills
o Proficient in using Windows OS and MS Office applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
