Job Description
Are you a problem solver with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing efficient and friendly technical support.
In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as assisting with network problems. You will need to have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in computer science or a related field, along with relevant work experience in a similar position. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
