Job Description
We are seeking a Level 1 Technician to join our dynamic team in the Gaming Technical Services department. As a Level 1 Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to gamers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing problems, resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of each customer interaction. Strong communication skills and a passion for gaming are essential for this role.
