Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Level 2 IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. As a Level 2 Specialist, you will provide technical support and resolve IT issues escalated from Level 1 support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, escalating complex issues, and ensuring timely problem resolution.
The ideal candidate should have a strong IT support background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
