Job Description
Job Description:
- Responsible for checking and encoding of DTR.
- Handles employees’ inquiries on DTR and Timekeeping.
- Monitors biometric violations during Timekeeping.
- Processes SS, Pagibig, Philhealth, and HMO payments and documentations.
- Manages employee inquiries related to benefits.
- Oversees Evaluation assessments distribution and filing.
- Handles permit processing for all branches.
Qualifications:
- Patience, trustworthiness, and hardworking.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in handling permits.
- At least College or Vocational Graduate.
- Professional License is an advantage.
- Residing in Pasay or nearby areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
Benefits: Promotion to permanent employee
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
