Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submits CMSR prepared by AR Team to related Lessors.
- Pays over the counter billings to Vendors (e.g. rents, utilities).
- Collects Customer Payments whenever necessary.
- Delivers documents as instructed.
- Have documents notarized as needed.
- Filing and payment of taxes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
