Job Description
- Familiarize self with the business and transactions with partner agencies
- Maintain communication with contact persons from different agencies
- Collaborate with contact persons from various agencies for necessary submittals and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineers and architects for documents, permits, and plans for submission
- Represent the company and officials in meetings and proceedings if needed
- Attend pre-bid and bid conferences
- Draft and prepare bid documents for prospective projects
- Ensure that important documents per project are updated and complete
- Request for copies of incomplete documents from respective implementing agency
- Monitor progress of billings and collections per project in each agency
- Collect checks and disbursement vouchers once available
- Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
- Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
- Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus
- Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
- Other tasks related to the position
- At least 1-2 years experience for this position is required
- Willing to be assigned in Region IV-B
- Can start asap
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
