Job Description
Responsible for opening and monitoring the status of letter of credit for importation such as domestic, foreign, telegraphic transfer transaction and prepares summary of expenses.
Assist in checking of checks, check voucher and replenishment pertaining to payment of suppliers, subcontractors and office expenses.
Checks monthly bank reconciliations of both companies and prepares the corresponding journal voucher, adjusting entries.
Collects, prepares and updates summary of aging of receivables, notes payable, annual summary of interest expense, interest income and tax withheld.
Facilitate the renewal of company’s credit line facilities/loan with various banks.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
