Job Description
- Ensures delivery and pickup of administrative works
- Assist office staff in custodial services and groundskeeping activities
- Act as company representative in the delivery of items as required
- Ensure the highest degree of security of documents and items upon delivery
- Maintain records of daily visits in the logbook
- Sort deliverable items in accordance to the delivery route for maximum efficiency
- Assist stock personnel in handling inventory duties and provide support in office supply management
- Performs related tasks as required
