Job Description
Lock mall spaces and contracts for a total of 8 malls – 2 stores per target city
- Makati
- Pasig
- Taguig
- Quezon City
Mall Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with all management teams.
- Attend meetings with mall representatives.
Lease Negotiations
- Identify available spaces within malls suitable for pop-up stores or business requirements.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, lease duration, and other relevant conditions with mall management.
- Review lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements and business objectives.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth setup and operation of pop-up stores.
- Facilitate communication between mall management and internal teams regarding store setup, promotional activities, and other operational requirements.
Legal Compliance
- Ensure compliance with mall policies, regulations, and legal requirements related to leasing agreements.
- Coordinate with legal teams to review lease contracts, resolve disputes, and address any legal concerns.
