Job Description
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- With experience liaising in real estate companies.
- Preferably with a driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate information in the form of presentations or written reports.
- Demonstrates a sense of trust and honesty in doing the job, shows transparency at work, and maintains confidentiality.
- Responsible for processing permits at the BIR and City Hall, land titles at Registry of Deeds, and tax declaration.
- Processes and follows through documents submitted at DHSUD and HOA.
