Job Description

We are looking for goal-oriented individuals to fill in the Liaison Officer Role.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manages utilization by probing medical history, redirecting to cost-efficient providers, scrutinizing billing statements, and advising on laboratory/diagnostics.
- Instructs clients on benefit procedures within 24 hours of confinement.
- Attends to member inquiries with professional and courteous service.
- Conducts visits to accredited healthcare facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or medical allied courses.
- Experience in hospital/clinical settings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Willingness to be assigned within Davao.
- Regular shift schedule with additional benefits.
